The dynamics of todays workforce are changing. Gone are the days when managers spent years working their way up the companys ladder. Because of the relatively small population of Generation X-ers, leadership is transitioning a growing number of management positions on from Baby Boomers to Millenials. The effect is a greater age difference between colleagues. This seminar explores the differences between the generations who make up the currents workforce and the implications, both positive and negative, of the gap.
