This short course gives a very detailed look at how employers are required to accommodate workers with disabilities. It looks at when employers must provide accommodation, and, if so, what the options are. The type of options that are discussed include job restructuring, modified work schedules, leaves of absence, reassignment, the use of adaptive equipment, or physical modification of the workplace.
