It also describes the role of senior management and management accountants in the process of strategy formulation. Topics Discussed: The process of strategy formulation. The role and responsibility of the board of directors and senior managers in making strategic decisions (including issues of due diligence, fiduciary responsibilities and corporate social responsibility). The role of the Chartered Global Management Accountant in the strategy formulation process.
